Integrated Kinematics
Mini slide units encapsulate the angled pin, sliding body, and locking block into a single cylindrical or compact rectangular cartridge. This guarantees perfect alignment, as the critical tolerances (H7/g6) are machined at the factory rather than relying on the mold builder's plate boring accuracy.
Pre-Load Mechanisms
Many mini units utilize internal springs rather than angled pins for actuation. The mold closing force compresses the spring and locks the core, while opening releases the spring to pull the core. This entirely eliminates the need for angled pin clearance calculations.
