Raw Material Inspection

Every batch of mold steel, high-speed steel, and hard alloy raw materials undergoes full traceability verification. Material certificates are cross-checked, and on-site testing confirms hardness, microstructure, and chemical composition to ensure material integrity from the source.

CNC In-Process Patrol Inspection

Real-time dimensional monitoring during machining with standardized spot checks every 2 hours. Strict process parameter controls and SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods prevent dimensional deviation before it occurs, catching potential issues at the earliest possible stage.
