Foundation & Multi-Line Manufacturing

Company established with a multi-line manufacturing model from day one: standard mold components inventory, custom precision parts, and complete custom mold manufacturing — not a single-line standard parts trader.

2008–2009

High-Precision CNC & EDM Investment

Full-scale deployment of Makino V33i high-speed CNCs, Sodick AG40L linear motor EDMs, Seibu M500S wire-cuts, and in-house vacuum heat treatment. Processing capability advanced from general structural parts to complex precision components.
