The Five Essential Components

1. Ejector Rods (KO Rods)

Transfer knockout force from the machine to the ejector plate. Standard (fixed length) or adjustable types available.

2. Stopper Rings & Pins

Provide a hard mechanical limit on ejector plate travel. Prevent over-stroke that could damage pins or slide cores.

3. Spacer Rings

Maintain precise spacing between ejector plates or between the ejector assembly and mold base. Ground to ±0.01 mm.

4. Stroke Adjustment Collars

Allow ±2 mm fine-tuning of ejector stroke without mold disassembly. Essential during mold trials.

5. Covers for Ejector Space

Seal the ejector housing from chips, coolant, and debris that cause binding and corrosion.
