The Mechanism
1. During ejection: the KO mechanism pushes the ejector plate forward, compressing the early return spring. 2. After ejection: the KO releases, and the spring pushes the plate back to home. 3. Before mold close: the plate is already fully retracted, eliminating collision risk.
