About Standard Straight Ejector Pins
Straight ejector pins without tip processing are the most widely used ejection component in injection molding, installed in approximately 85% of all production molds. The "without tip processing" designation means the pin tip has a standard as-ground finish (typically Ra 0.4–0.8) without additional machining such as flat grinding, radius forming, or Z-groove cutting.
Dimensional Standards: Available in JIS B 5113 (head T=4mm) and DIN 1530 (head T=3.2mm) specifications. Shaft diameters follow standard increments: ø0.5, ø1.0, ø1.5, ø2.0, ø2.5, ø3.0 ... ø25.0mm. Lengths are configurable in 0.5mm increments from 50mm to 300mm (diameter-dependent maximum).
