Compatibility follows the valve bore diameter: ø8mm valve bodies use Type A seal kits and fittings, ø10mm use Type B, ø12mm use Type C, and ø16mm use Type D. Each seal kit includes: 1× poppet seal, 2× bore O-rings, and 1× retaining ring. The fittings are universal push-in type (ø6mm or ø8mm air line) with 1/8" or 1/4" BSP thread, compatible with all valve models. Spacers for valve depth adjustment are model-specific — match the spacer bore diameter to the valve body outer diameter. A cross-reference chart is included with every valve body shipment.

Yes — individual seal components are available for purchase without buying the complete seal kit. Available separately: poppet seals (the most frequently replaced component, recommended replacement every 200,000–500,000 cycles), bore O-rings (replace when air leakage is detected), and retaining rings (replace only if damaged during disassembly). Individual seal pricing is approximately 30–40% of the complete kit price. For high-volume users (10+ molds), MISUMI recommends ordering complete seal kits in bulk (10-pack pricing available at 15% discount) to streamline maintenance inventory.

Recommended seal replacement intervals depend on operating conditions: (1) Standard conditions (mold temp ≤ 150°C, clean dry air): every 500,000 cycles or 6 months, whichever comes first. (2) Elevated temperature (150–200°C): every 200,000 cycles or 3 months. (3) High-temperature with Kalrez seals (200–300°C): every 300,000 cycles or 4 months. (4) Aggressive resins (PVC, flame-retardant): every 150,000 cycles or 2 months due to chemical attack on seal material. Between replacements, inspect seals monthly for: air leakage at rest (indicates bore O-ring failure), reduced ejection air blast strength (indicates poppet seal wear), and visible seal deformation during mold cleaning.
