Application Scenarios
High-Temperature Molding
Molding PEI or PPS where mold temperatures exceed 150°C, causing standard grease to burn or degrade.
Recommended:Oilless Graphite-Plugged Bronze Plates
Heavy Downward Load
Large slide units where gravity and injection force press heavily on the bottom wear plate, causing galling.
Recommended:Hardened Steel Plates (Oil-Grooved)
Design Rule: The wear plate should always be softer than the slide body to ensure the cheaper, easily replaceable plate wears out first.
