Stroke Adjustment Collars

Stroke adjustment collars are threaded sleeves that screw onto the ejector rod or a dedicated adjustment post. By rotating the collar, the effective rod length increases or decreases, changing the ejector plate stroke distance by the thread pitch increment. A lock nut secures the setting.

Typical adjustment range is ±2 mm with 0.5 mm pitch threads (4 full turns = full range). This eliminates the need to disassemble the mold and grind/replace ejector rods when stroke fine-tuning is needed during mold trials.
