Job Summary
We are looking for self-motivated and responsible talents who are eager to grow and accumulate practical experience in the precision mold manufacturing industry. This position is a systematic training post, focusing on cultivating professional machining capabilities, helping employees master standard machining skills, and growing into professional and independent precision machinists.
Responsibilities
- Complete basic and simple machining tasks independently, and gradually learn and advance to complex high-precision machining work under technical guidance.
- Operate various precision measuring tools correctly to detect workpiece size and ensure all products comply with design specifications and tolerance standards.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings and mold processing drawings accurately, sort out processing requirements, and cooperate with technicians to complete production arrangements.
- Inspect the quality and dimensional accuracy of finished and semi-finished products, strictly implement quality standards, and screen unqualified products.
- Troubleshoot simple faults of machining tools and production equipment, cooperate with technical personnel for daily maintenance and debugging to ensure stable equipment operation.
- Cooperate with production scheduling to complete overtime work including weekend shifts according to production demands.
- Keep the processing station clean, tidy and standardized, sort out tools and materials regularly, and maintain a safe and orderly production environment.
- Strictly abide by all factory safety operation procedures and production management systems to ensure standardized and safe operation.
- Complete other production and processing tasks assigned by the workshop and management team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Possess basic mathematical knowledge including geometric calculation, and able to complete accurate dimensional calculation and data verification.
- Accurately complete various mathematical calculations required for machining to guarantee processing accuracy.
- Have mechanical thinking and hands-on ability, be sensitive to mechanical equipment and mold processing.
- Able to read and understand basic mechanical drawings and mold processing blueprints.
- Have flexible manual dexterity, adapt to machining operation work, and be careful and rigorous in work.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or GED certificate is required.
- Candidates with manufacturing, mechanical processing or mold factory working experience are preferred, but no relevant experience is acceptable for outstanding newcomers.
