The Connector Mold Challenge
Micro-connector molds pack 50-200 ejector pins in a small area. At 0.5 mm pin pitch, even 0.02 mm of ejector plate tilt causes edge pins to contact their bores. Ball-bearing ejector guides provide 0.005 mm alignment — 4x better — preventing contact and breakage.
